Order Policy
- 50% advance is required to confirm your order.
- Delivery time is usually 25–30 days after confirmation.
- Sometimes delivery may take a little longer due to stock, shipment, customs, courier or unavoidable issues.
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
Stock Out / Cancellation from Our Side
- If the product becomes unavailable in China or we need to cancel due to unavoidable reasons, your advance will be refunded.
- You may also choose another design instead of taking a refund.
Return & Exchange Policy
- As all items are pre-order based, return or exchange is not possible after confirmation.
- For shoes, please check your correct size carefully before ordering.
- Shoe size exchange or return is not possible due to the pre-order nature.
